I charge $120 for a 1-hour therapy session. This might seem like a lot, but in order to provide you with the best care possible, I will spend 1-2 hours between each of your sessions researching your specific presenting concerns, updating your individualized treatment plan, documenting your progress, and seeking expert advice from other therapists on how to support you best. Quality therapy is an investment.

As someone with a chronic illness, I take the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Masks are optional for my clients, however, I do ask that you wear a mask in my office or switch to telehealth anytime you’re feeling ill, even if you’re COVID-negative. I vow to do the same. I encourage my clients to let me know whether they prefer for me to wear a mask during our sessions or not. I may opt to wear a mask during times when COVID-transmission is high in our area.
